Phosphogypsum Production Line

Phosphogypsum blocks are lightweight construction gypsum products made of phosphogypsum powder, which is mixed with water, molded by pouring and dried. Mainly used for the inner partition masonry of frame structure and non-load-bearing wall of other structures in the building.
Product performance
1. Safety: good fire resistance, fire resistance limit of more than 4 hours, sound insulation effect is good, sound insulation can reach more than 40 db.
2. Comfort: With breathing function, can automatically adjust the indoor air humidity.
3. Fast: The construction of gypsum block belongs to dry operation, and the final decoration can be carried out after 24 hours of masonry wall. The construction efficiency is high and the construction period can be shortened.

Not easy to crack: the hydration of gypsum base is crystal, the hydration period is usually very short, and there is deformation during the hydration period, but after the hydration crystals form a network, it is basically not subject to the change of external temperature, so the block itself is basically not deformed.
6. Good processing: it has the characteristics of sawing, planing and nail hanging. It is very convenient for users to do interior decoration modeling.
